Surveying is much more than simple measurement of distance and directions.

Where previous surveys exist that may create boundary problems a surveyor must become a historian, title examiner, interpreter of legal principals, laws and previous court cases, and then provide the most accurate measurements available today. Without a working knowledge of the history of surveying in a particular area a surveyor can easily make erroneous interpretations in establishing boundaries. With that in mind we have elected to concentrate our efforts in specific areas to provide the best service available for those areas. This helps provide the client with accurate dependable surveys at the most reasonable cost possible.

Areas that we currently have established boundary control and a history include the greater Casa Grande area, Coolidge, Globe and Northern Avra Valley. Please note that this does NOT include Stanfield, Maricopa, Hidden Valley, Eloy, Toltec, or Florence. We welcome large surveys in these excluded areas as the cost of the survey will warrant the expenditure of creating control and an area history.
